Upon arriving at Colombo’s Bandaranaike International Airport, you’ll be greeted by our representative and guided to your vehicle to begin your Sri Lankan journey. The first stop en route to Kandy is the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, where you’ll witness Asia’s largest herd of rescued elephants in a sanctuary for orphaned and injured elephants. A Spice Garden visit is also included along the way.
In Kandy, you’ll explore the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a revered Buddhist site, the lush Royal Botanical Garden, a Gem Museum, and enjoy a traditional Cultural Dance Show.

After breakfast at your hotel, you’ll travel to Nuwara Eliya, fondly known as “Little England” for its colonial charm and cool climate. This scenic mountain town, surrounded by lush tea plantations, waterfalls, and valleys, was established by explorer Samuel Baker in 1846. Its colonial architecture, like the Queen’s Cottage and the Grand Hotel, adds to its old-world appeal.
In Nuwara Eliya, you’ll visit Ramboda Waterfalls, Ramboda Hanuman Temple, a Tea Factory, Gregory Lake, Seetha Amman Temple, the Pink Post Office, and Hakgala Botanical Garden.

In Bentota, explore the Madu River with a tranquil boat safari, visit the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery for an up-close look at turtle conservation, and experience various water sports for a perfect beach day.

After breakfast, you’ll head to Colombo, Sri Lanka’s vibrant commercial capital. This bustling city, located on the west coast, is a blend of modern and colonial architecture with influences from Portuguese, Dutch, and British eras alongside Buddhist, Hindu, Islamic, and contemporary styles. In the Fort area, you’ll find striking examples of Colombo’s architectural history.
The city is also a renowned shopping destination, offering high-end brands at discounted prices. During your Colombo city tour, you’ll visit iconic sites such as Galle Face Green, Vihara Mahadevi Park, National Museum, Twin World Trade Center towers, Old Parliament Building, Fort district, and Independence Hall. You’ll also explore prominent religious sites, including Buddhist, Hindu, Islam, and Christian places of worship, ending with some leisure time for shopping.
