Upon arrival at Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and escorted to your vehicle to start your holiday in Sri Lanka. Negombo, a charming fishing village surrounded by lush coconut palms and golden beaches, offers delectable seafood and a unique atmosphere with its narrow streets, boutiques, and historic Catholic churches.
Anuradhapura, an ancient capital of Sri Lanka and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is renowned for its well-preserved ruins of ancient Lankan civilization along the historic Malvathu River. Serving as the capital from the 4th century BC to the 11th century AD, it was a vital center of political power and urban life in South Asia.
You will have the opportunity to explore remarkable sites such as the towering Ruwanweli Saya, Abhayagiri, and Jetawana Dagabas, which were central to their respective monasteries. The sacred Sri Mahabodhi tree, planted in the 3rd century BC, continues to be revered by Buddhists worldwide. Additionally, you can visit the Thuparama Dagaba, a historical stupa built by King Devanampiyatissa, as well as the serene Twin Ponds and the Isurumuniya.
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll visit Minneriya National Park, famous for “The Gathering,” where up to 300 elephants gather around Minneriya Tank during the dry season. The park also features leopards, crocodiles, and various bird species, providing an immersive wildlife experience during a scenic jeep safari.
Next, you’ll explore Trincomalee, visiting the Koneswaran Temple and Fort Frederick, built by the Portuguese. The area also boasts the largest Dutch fort in Sri Lanka and the unique seven hot water wells. Enjoy activities like surfing, scuba diving, fishing, and whale watching along the beautiful coastline.
Dambulla, an ancient city in Sri Lanka, features the largest rose quartz mountain range in South Asia and the UNESCO World Heritage site, Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Once a palace and fortress built by King Kashyapa, Sigiriya Rock rises 200 meters above the plains, surrounded by moats and ramparts.
Activities include climbing Sigiriya Rock Fortress, hiking Pidurangala Rock, birdwatching, a village tour, and visiting the Sigiriya Museum.

Day 4 & 6 Kandy
After breakfast, travel to Kandy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former royal city of the Sinhalese kings. Here, you’ll visit the revered Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, which houses a relic of Buddha’s tooth, central to Sri Lanka’s Buddhist heritage.
You’ll also explore the lush Royal Botanical Garden, discover local gems at the Gem Museum, and enjoy a vibrant Cultural Dance Show showcasing traditional Sri Lankan performances.
Day 7 Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll explore Nuwara Eliya, known as “Little England” for its picturesque landscapes of mountains, valleys, and tea plantations. Founded in 1846 by explorer Samuel Baker, the town features charming colonial architecture, including the Queen’s Cottage and the Grand Hotel.
Your visits will include Ramboda Waterfalls, the Ramboda Hanuman Temple, a Tea Factory tour to learn about Sri Lanka’s famous tea production, and relaxing moments at Gregory Lake. You’ll also visit the Seetha Amman Temple, the iconic Pink Post Office, and the Hakgala Botanical Garden, known for its diverse flora.
Day 8 Ella
Ella is a charming mountain village near Bandarawela, steeped in local legend associated with the Ramayana, particularly the story of Ravana and Sita. One notable site is the Ravana Ella Cave, located near the stunning Ella Falls, which cascades 1080 feet into multiple tiers. The unique Khondalite rock formation has created many caves in the area, with one believed to be where King Ravana hid Sita. A nearby pool, formed by the rushing waters, is said to be where Sita bathed.
During your visit to Ella, you will explore the beautiful Ravana Waterfalls, the iconic Nine Arch Bridge, and hike to Mini Adam’s Peak for breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Day 9 Yala National Park
is the most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lanka, renowned for its vibrant wildlife, including elephants, monkeys, and leopards. The park’s varied landscapes of dry woodlands and grasslands create a stunning backdrop for activities such as jeep safaris, bird watching, and nature photography. With a rich array of over 200 bird species, it’s a paradise for birdwatchers. Visitors can also enjoy luxury camping experiences within the park. Accommodations are available nearby, making it easy to unwind after an adventurous day in the wilderness
Day 10 & 11 Bentota
After breakfast at the hotel, spend the day in Bentota, renowned for its golden beaches and relaxing atmosphere. You can unwind by swimming in the ocean or soaking up the sun on the soft sands, making it an ideal spot for a beach vacation.
Activities include a Madu River Boat Safari, where you can explore the scenic waterways and spot wildlife, and a visit to the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery to learn about turtle conservation efforts. For those seeking adventure, Bentota offers a variety of water sports such as jet skiing, windsurfing, and snorkeling.
Day 12 Bentota
After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll head to Colombo, the bustling capital and largest city of Sri Lanka. This vibrant metropolis blends modernity with colonial history, showcasing diverse architectural styles influenced by the Portuguese, Dutch, and British alongside local Buddhist, Hindu, and Islamic structures.
During your city tour, you’ll visit key attractions such as Galle Face Green, a scenic oceanfront park; Vihara Mahadevi Park, a lovely green space in the city; and the National Museum, which houses an impressive collection of artifacts. You’ll also explore the Fort District, featuring historical buildings like the Old Parliament Building and the Twin World Trade Center towers.
